Garden City, KS-For the most part, Hutchinson pitching overpowered Garden City in game two.
The combination of Sadie Loney and Maryssa Rollin scattered seven hits, Rolin also hit a home run, and the Blue Dragons topped Garden City 10-2 Thursday afternoon at Tangeman Sports Complex.
Hutchinson got going in the first when Caitlin Schumacher, fresh off her three-hit performance in game one, got the Blue Dragons on the board with an RBI groundout. In the third, Alexis Way tripled home a run, Rollin blasted a two-run bomb to center, and the road team was up 4-0. An inning later, Way smacked a bases-clearing double, and Rollin singled home a pair to make it 8-0.

Meantime, Hutchinson put the game out of reach in the top of the seventh. Kylee Dunn cranked an RBI double to the gap, and Natalie Bevan produce a sacrifice fly to make it 10-1.
