Broncbusters have strong showing in Nebraska
Lincoln, NE-The Broncbuster men had a strong showing amongst a host of Division-I schoolas at the Holiday Inn Invitational at the University of Nebraska over the weekend.
James Liburd made a splash, qualifying for nationals in the 400-meter dash with a time of 48.37. He placed fourth behind two sprinters from Nebraska and one from Drake.
In other results, Jonathan Challenger finished seventh in the 200-meter dash behind five Division-I runners. Denim Rogers won the men's high jump competition while Challenger, Elijah Clark and Tre McClary scored top 30 finishes in the 60-meter dash. Rogers also placed 13th in the 60-meter hurdles.
