Jaden Grant netted his third goal in four matches, Nicolas Muniz tallied the go-ahead score in the 39th minute, and the Broncbusters improved to 3-1-0 with a 3-2 victory over the Bobcats on Wednesday afternoon at Broncbuster Stadium.
The officials issued six yellow cards (five of them to Southeast), and one red card to Bobcats' assistant, Jose Hernandez. There were 19 total fouls.
Still, the Garden City offense was in high gear, and in the seventh minute, Manuel Shelton's header, which was swatted away by keeper, Drew Arehart, deflected right to Grant, who deposited the ball in the right side of the net.
After Southeast countered less than three minutes later with a goal by Alfredo Benavides, Garden City went back on top in the 13th minute. Yanis Aubaret sent a cross from right to left into the box that Joao Weber Vitor smashed past Arehart for a 2-1 advantage.
Denari Watson managed to the tie the game in the 15th minute with a score from 10 yards out.
It stayed that way until the 39th minute when Muniz got loose for an unassisted goal that gave the Broncbusters the lead for good.
Brenbraham had three saves for Garden City, which outshot Southeast, 17-9.
