Buster Cheer Finishes 8th at NCA Championships

Daytona Beach, FL-Head Cheer Coach Brice Knapp in just his second year guided his cheer team to an 8th place finish at the 2016 NCA Cheer Championships. The 2016 Championships was the first ever attended by a Garden City Community College Team.

Knapp on his Busters, "We had some stage fright, it was the first time our kids ever experienced anything of this magnitude. It may have got the best of us. In fact it did. But, we have a year under our belt and our returning freshman are eager to train, perform and get back to the Championships. I am grateful that GCCC administration provides our kids this opportunity."
