Broncbuster women stand out in Lawrence

Lawrence, KS-The Broncbuster women got stand out performances by Meoshoa Erving and Lillie Burnett at the Jayhawk Invitational.
Erving ran two personal best times in the 60-meter and 200-meter dash. She ran the 60 in 8.02 seconds and the 200 in 26.89.
Burnett opened up in the 400-meter dash, just missing out on a national qualifying time at 1:01.88. She also ran a season best in the 200-meter dahs, posting a time of 26.43 seconds.
Kaylee Line finished fifth in the high jump, coming up just 2.5 inches shy from qualifying for nationals.
Arhianna Franklin came in eighth in the 60-meter hurdles and Ayanna Page dropped nearly two seconds off her 200-meter dash, sprinting a season-best 27.83 seconds.
Garden City returns to action this weekend at the Texas Tech Open in Lubbock.
