Broncbusters compete at Fort Scott Rodeo
Fort Scott, KS-Garden City competed in the Fort Scott Rodeo over the weekend.
Justin Wright took 11th in the Long Go of Saddle Bronc Riding, ninth in the short, and ninth in the average.
"Justin has been working hard at improving," Head Coach, Jim Boy Hash said. "This was a great accomplishment for him, and hopefully he can build off that."
Wright also made the Short Go in team roping with his brother Jacob from Oklahoma Panhandle State by taking 12th place in the Long Go. Unfortunately, the duo took a 'no time' in the short go and finished 12th in the average.
Meantime, Jack Danielson made the short go in team roping with Dawson Strecker from Oklahoma Panhandle State by winning eighth in the long go. They were ninth in the short and finished 10th in the average.
