Garden City scores late; beats Trinidad State

Garden City, KS-Better late than never. 

Jorge De Le Vibora scored the match's lone goal with less than 12 minutes to play, and Garden City beat Trinidad State, 1-0 Wednesday afternoon at Broncbuster Stadium. With the win, Garden City improved to 5-1-3 overall. 

The Broncbusters had numerous chances to break this one open but failed to capitalize for the majority of the match. But in the 79th minute, Dinis Ribeiro slipped a pass between two defenders just outside the box that Soulo Letsoalo touched off to De Le Vibora, who finished with a rocket in the bottom-left corner of the net. 

Most of the match was played on Trinidad State's side of the field as Garden City outshot the Trojans, 23-4. Charlie Prtenjaca had two saves.
