**SIGNED NATIONAL LETTER OF INTENT WITH NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY**

Freshman (2014): Pitched in 15 games with 11 starts during his freshman season...Began the season as the Busters midweek starter and eventually worked into the conference rotation...Logged 54.1 innings of work...Struck out 55 and walked 21...Finished with a 6.26 ERA...Best outing came against Dodge City in which he pitched seven shutout innings, allowed two hits, struck out nine and didn't walk anyone...Pitched for the Junction City Brigade in the Summer of 2014...Was named the Mid-Plains League Pitcher of the Year...Also named a mid-season all-star...Allowed just 32 hits in 46 innings of work with a 2.14 ERA...Led the Brigade to a Mid-Plains League Championship.

Lakin HS: Three sport standout at Lakin High School in Lakin, Kansas...Played football, basketball and baseball...Was named All-League in all three sports in his senior season...Named to the Garden City Telegram First-Team All-Area Baseball team in 2013...Struck out 103 batters in just 58 innings his senior year...Played for the Woodward Travelers (OK) the summer following his senior season.
