Broncbusters take seventh at Hardscrabble Invite
Fort Smith, AR-The Broncbuster men's golf team finished seventh at the Hardscrabble Invitational at Hardscrabble Country Club.
Jack Dyer was the top individual finisher for Garden City, tying for 30th at 20-over par. He shot rounds of 76, 78, and 76.
Chanon James, who was fantastic during the opening round where he shot a 72, which included back-to-back birdies on 17 and 18, struggled in the second and third rounds to finish at 24-over. He was plus-18 over the final 36.
Billy Larvan was 41st at 25-over, and Max Lapidaire and Tiaan Diedericks tied for 46th after shooting plus-27.
Missouri Southern State's Tradgon McCrae won the individual title while the Lions captured the team championship.
