Broncbuster women finish last at Region VI

Hutchinson, KS-The Garden City women's cross country team finished last at the 2016 Region VI Championships on Saturday.
Hannah Roemer was the highest-placing Broncbuster-finishing 40th with a time of 21:24.71. Lourdes Covarrubias finished 72nd at 23:01.42; Daisy Ramirez was 84th; Kyaunna Libby 87th; Claudia Castro 96th and Anna Cesilia Arrogo finished 98th.
Cowley won the team title with Allen finishing second. Colby's Winni Kibet finished first individually.
