School records and a pair of top-10 finishes highlight Region VI Cross Country Meet

Winfield, KS-The Broncbuster Cross Country teams competed in the Region VI Championships hosted by Cowley College. Several impressive personal bests were posted, and the school record was taken down again by freshman Meryeme Mai. Last year's men's finish was 7th and a "no score" for the women's.
And what a difference a year makes. Lat season, the menn took seventh and the women did not post a score. This year, the men were fourth and the women took fifth.
