Garden City, KS-Buster Freshman Josh Fleming led all scorers in Garden City's 91-77 win over Seward County dumping in 31. Fleming went 6-18 from the field, 3-8 from the arc an 16-16 from the charity line. James McNeal continues to play well as he dumped in 17. McNeal was 6-8 from the field, 0-1 from the arc and 5-7 from the line.
Garden City took a 43-28 lead into the half; it would be a lead they would never relinquish. Seward County outscored the Busters 49-48 in the second half despite Garden City going up by as much as 18.
Niem Stevenson and Mitchell Packard led Seward County with 19pts apiece. Charles Beauregard scored 17. The Busters improve to 16-12 overall and 8-9 in league. The Busters are in a three way tie for sixth place. Garden City travels to Cloud County Saturday night. The tip is scheduled for 8:00 pm.
