"We are very proud of Jeremy," Broncbusters Head Coach Jeff Sims said. He definitely performed well."
Faulk recorded an 8'11 broad jump and notched a 31.5 vertical. He did 33 reps at 225 lbs. on the bench press, falling two shy of the NFL-combine best for defensive lineman of 35. The 2015 national defensive player of the year also ran a 5.01 40-yard dash.
"This gives Jeremy a measuring point of the work he needs to put in between now and camp," Sims said. "He is very motivated."
Scouts from several teams, including the Kansas City Chiefs, Oakland Raiders, New York Jets and Arizona Cardinals were on hand to watch Faulk. The Jets and Cardinals both had one-on-one interviews with him following his workout.
